Reasonably concentrated Sauvignon Blanc with excellent purity and balance. Gooseberry, lemon grass and mineral flavours with a hint of passion fruit. I particularly like the wine's fruity acidity which will suit those who sometimes find Sauvignon Blanc slightly too hard and acidic.
