Selectively hand-picked fruit in pursuit of a Spatlese style. Concentrated, ripe Riesling with stone fruit, lime/citrus and mineral flavours plus a suggestion of yeast lees characters. Rich and quite warming wine with great mouthfeel and a good balance of fine, fruity acidity that promotes a medium/dry finish. Stlish wine with tension and energy.
