This new label sets a record price for NZ Sauvignon Blanc, according to my database at least. It’s a hand-picked, whole bunch-pressed wine with 10 months ageing on the yeast lees. Masses of fruit with plenty of winemaking influence. It’s Sauvignon Jim, but not as we know it.
