A faintly asparagus nose leads to a wonderful palate - beautifully pure with classic aged Semillon characters. Mineral, hay/straw and toast. Exquisite acidity is a great feature of this terrific wine. It has the richness and complexity of a top Chardonnay with the tautness and structure of a top Riesling.
