An interesting combination of two full-bodied white grape varieties with compatible flavour profiles. Although it plays a minor role in the blend Viognier is very evident on aroma and taste giving an exotic floral influence and plenty of palate weight while Chardonnay adds extra class while helping to restrain its more exhuberant partner. Weighty wine with impressive intensity.
