Quite sweet with honey, honeycomb botrytis characters dominating varietal flavours. Crisp acidity does a good job of balancing what might otherwise be a very luscious wine. Just a tad sweet/sour at this stage although these characters should integrate. There’s also a slightly minty/root ginger character I normally associate with less than perfectly ripe grapes.
