Tignanello Italy Sangiovese 2000

5 Star Rating
95/100 55
Created by Antinori, Tignanello broke the rules by including 20% Cabernet Sauvignon with the traditional italian variety, Sangiovese. The result was a legendary wine that coined the term “Super Tuscan”. Deep, dense red with tar, spice, dark berry, cedar and licorice flavours. Intense wine that has an appealing suppleness despite its obvious density. Great potential.
