Rich, chewy wine with dark berry, licorice, chocolate/mocha, vanilla and spicy oak flavours. The wine has enough fruity acidity and drying tannins to perfectly balance the sweetness from fruit and alcohol. A strongly varietal example of McLaren Vale Shiraz.
