Te Mata Coleraine Hawke's Bay NZ 2008

5 Star Rating
95/100 55
Dense and lively red with layers of berryfruit/blackcurrant together with a more subtle influence of floral, dried spice and cedar flavours. Supple, elegant wine from a vintage that obviously achieved good physiological ripeness. The best Coleraine I’ve tasted for a while and better, in my view, than the highly rated 2007.
