Te Mata Cape Crest Hawke's Bay NZ Sauvignon Blanc 2009

4 Star Rating
88/100 45
Includes a blend of Semillon (9%) and Sauvignon Gris (5%)/ Gently aromatic wine with a pleasing texture - rather like a white Bordeaux in style. The oak is very evident (the wine is barrel fermented) but not excessive. Toasty yeast lees characters add further complexity.
