Supple, peppery wine with quite dusty oak-like flavours (corked?) on the finish. Still quite youthful. A tad tough. 2nd bottle: Much better, esp on palate. Fragrant, lifted Cote-Rotie-like wine. Very pretty wine. Subtle dried herbs, great structure. Long.
