Attractive wine with fresh nectarine and melon flavours, great mouthfeel and a silken texture. Extended contact with the yeast lees adds to the iwne’s texture and flavour. Half was fermented in oak although the oak influence is subtle. 15% was fermented in stainless steel barrels.
