Rich yet precise Riesling made from selectively harvested bunches after an extended period of ripening. The wine has excellent weight and flavour intensity with mineral, honey, apricot and toasty characters. Fine, taut acidity perfectly balances sweetness. Only moderately sweet. Will age well.
