A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Apple, citrus and bready yeast flavours with a suggestion of chocolate box from the Pinot Noir component. The wine is rich with a good texture. A fresh and exuberant sparkling wine offering good value.
