Sileni’s flagship Chardonnay label has been produced in the winery’s own vineyard in a relatively cool district of Hawke’s Bay. Made from hand-picked grapes that were whole-biunch-pressed to produce a stylish, long-lived wine with a gentle texture and appealing subtelty.
