A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Riesling that must shurely be the country's most expensive blended white wine. Although the wine has a haunting mix of floral and tree fruit characters it is more about texture than taste. The texture is to die for - it has weight but possesses an impressive ethereal purity. The finish is long, demonstrating real power.
