4 Star Rating
89/100 45
Made from grapes grown in a single vineyard in the southern Omaka Valley chosen for its ability to produce very ripe grapes without botrytis influence. The winemaking approach was aimed at maximising fruit intensity. Assertive wine with strong stone fruit and bready yeast flavours. Weighty with restrained lusciousness. Complex, flavoursome Pinot Gris that’s shows impeccable balance between sweetness (24.2 gms/l), acidity and subliminal tannins.
