A dry and rather savoury Pinot Gris with classical, though subtle, varietal flavours of Pear and lanolin. The wine’s texture appeals even more than the taste. It is mouth-filling and silken. A lingering finish leaves a pleasantly drying and slightly astringent finish. Quite a complex wine in a style that is more European than New World.
