Rich, bready wine made in an oxidative style with a suggestion of flor sherry-like aldehydes. Very pure, lifted wine with a strong character and an ethereal texture. Long with a pleasantly drying finish. The wine achieves some of the almost perfume-like aromatics I expect to find in champagne.
