Pale Pinot Gris with just a hint of straw/pink. Moderately sweet wine with nice purity and appealing salty minerality intertwined with Nachi pear and subtle toasty yeast lees flavours. Fine tannins are almost completely smothered by the wine's sweetness. An interesting wine from a promising new wine region.
