Dry, weighty wine with good richness and mouthfeel - it was fermented in old oak but there is no evidence of oak flavour just some subtle, attractive nuttiness that seems to have been derived from yeasts. The wine has a European feel to it. A unique and distinctive Pinot Gris with character.
