Dense and elegant, but not heavy, cool climate Cabernet Sauvignon with a leafy influence to a core of blackberry and blackcurrant flavours. It’s probably not everybody’s cup of tea but I like the wine’s complex array of vibrant flavours. Some bottle development adds to the rich tapestry.
