Pegasus Bay have yet again produced New Zealand’s finest Sauvignon/Semillon blend (also the only one) as well as making their best wine yet. Lovely lush and complex flavours with a solid dose of funky mineral/matchstick characters that sets the wine apart. The featherbed palate is great.
