4 Star Rating
92/100 45
A blend of the best Merlot and Malbec barrels, this impressively dense and surprisingly ripe Waipara red is truly worthy of its flagship label. Aged in two years in barrel and a similar time in bottle before its recent release. Strong sweet fruit with an array of red berry, spice, cigar box and classy oak flavours. Accessible but with plenty of cellaring potential.
