Bone dry wine in a realtively austere style that not even a little spritzig character can aleviate. Tight, minerally wine. A very individual style, like just about every wine in the Pegasus Bay list. Quite phenolic but, in my view, doesn’t quite have the extract (a la Alsace) to carry it. A love it or hate it Riesling. I’m on the fence.
