A slight botrytis influence is evident in this wine made from grapes that were harvested realtively late in a fairly cool and unusually wet vintage. It was fermented and left in contact with the yeast lees for five months to add additional complexity and texture. Fruit-focused wine with stone fruit and citrus flavours. Some sweetness from residual sugar and alcohol is neatly balanced by acidity to give a soft and charming finish.
