Crisp, dry Sauvignon Blanc in a bone-dry and vainly austere style. Mineral, citrus and gooseberry/lemon grass flavors. A good food wine that falls into the category of "green wines" like Muscadet and Vihno Verdo that are made to be enjoyed with seafood garnished with lemon or lime. Nice purity and good acid assisted drive to a reasonably lengthy finish.
