A blend of Pinot Noir (80%) and Chardonnay that has spent four years “en tirage”. Softer, richer, creamier and noticeably more complex that the other wines in the range. The wine is rich and mouthfilling with a yeasty brioche aroma. A very classy, mellow and appealing sparkling wine.
