A new label for this sparkling wine specialist. Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes fermented and aged on the lees for nine months in stainless steel and given a further 20 months on the lees in the bottle. Pale wine with orange/pink tints. Pretty crushed strawberry flavours with hints of toasty yeast autolysis. Mouthfilling wine with an impressively lengthy finish. Fairly dry on the finish. A delicate and appealing style - excellent food wine.
