Flagship wine from this specialist sparkling wine producer. It’s an equal blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir made only in the most favourable vintages. Dry, fleshy wine with attractive bread crust, chocolate box and toasty flavours. Moderately complex and flavoursome wine.
