Very Germanic with a great balance between sweetness and acidity that I find in good Mosel Riesling. The wine at first appears quite sweet but quickly begins to dry up as fine acidity kicks in. Mineral, floral with a hint of orange peel and clove/spice. Seriously good Riesling with terrific potential.
