Concentrated wine with appealing pea pod, green capsicum, gooseberry and tropical fruit flavours. The wine has lovely fruit purity, an ethereal texture and a satisfyingly dry finish. Sancerre-like Sauvignon Blanc made in a very food-friendly style.
