Classy Cabernet Sauvignon in an elegant style that reflects classic varietal traits of cedar wood, blackberry and a subtle mintness. The flavours are supported by fine tannins that give a pleasantly drying finish and assure bottle development potential. This is the best example of a pure New Zealand Cabernet Sauvignon I can recall tasting.
