Dense, chewy red ( the Elspeth trademark) with aromatic sweet berry and oak characters. Solid alcohol of 14% promotes a slightly hot finish and is also detectable on the aroma. Solid, serious Cabernet Franc that doesn’t yet exhibit a great deal of complexity.
