Dry Pinot Gris in a fairly concentrated but elegant style with flavours suggesting pear, stone fruits and clove/spice. There’s also a bready yeast lees character and a delicate nutty oak influence - at least I think its oak, the flavours are very subtle. Complex wine with character.
