Intense wine with turkish delight, hay straw, tree and tropical fruit flavours. A dry-ish style - rather Alsace-like with fine tannins helping balance sweetness from a small amount of residual sugar and moderately high alcohol. Very slightly bitter on the finish although it does the wine no harm, even adding a bit of extra character.
