One of a handful of successful Sauvignon Blanc variants made using hand-picked, whole-bunch-pressed fruit that was fermented in French oak barriques using wild yeasts before being matured in oak. It’s a dry, soft-textured wine with attractive citrus and stone fruit flavours and a pronounced mineral influence.
