Think of a big, rich, oaky bottle-matured Shiraz with bubbles and a touch of sweetness and you’ll get some idea of this unusual style. It’s a complex and delicious red wine - with bubbles. Although it will no doubt continue to develop well in the bottle it’s deliciously drinkable right now.
