The aroma reminds me of poached pears and cream with a hint of caramel. The flavours are delicate and the texture has a slightly phenolic grip. Good mouthfeel and moderate length. Silver medal quality if the texture was silkier (perhaps it could be fixed wth a few grams of RS?)
