A rich, fleshy Pinot Gris with classic pear juice/tree fruit flavours plus a suggestion of dried herbs and mixed spice adding extra interest. An initial suggestion of sweetness is balanced by fine tannins to give an off/dry finish with a slightly peppery aftertaste.
