From mature vines grown on a small, hillside vineyard in Wairarapa. Dense ripe red with an appealing structure of fine, ripe tannins. The wine has an attractive, slightly floral aroma and tastes that echo the floral character plus red berry, mint and cedar. Surprisingly good red given the latitude. The Lyndor vineyard is clearly one to watch.
