Jackson Estate's top-of-the-line Sauvignon Blanc has plenty of weight and richness. Gooseberry, citrus and passion fruit flavours are tempered by the influence of barrel fermentation which adds a suggestion of nutty yeast lees characters and helps expose the wine's minerality. Sophisticated wine, long and linear with good complexity.
