A blend of Chardonnay (48%), Pinot Noir (29%) and Pinot Meunier (23%) barrel-fermented and aged for 7 months in barrel and three-and-a-half years in bottle en tirage. The result is a full-flavoured and very yeasty wine in an oxidative style. A complex and mouth-filling sparkler that shows obvious and pleasing bottle development.
