Although it does have typical gooseberry, capsicum and mineral flavours this wine is more about texture than flavor profile. It's a rich, mouth-filling wine with a seasoing of nutty yeast lees character for extra interest. Sophisticated and appealing wine that's a little out of the typically pungently fruity Marlborough mould.
