Stylish oak-matured Viognier. The oak is married into the fruit and the net effect is excellent with a mix of savoury, toasty characters restraining the normally pungent fruit flavours of Viognier to produce a complex and elegant result. The wine is dry but not austere. I’d love to see this again in another year. Good value.
