CS 53%, M 35%, CF 12%. Elegant and beautifully structured Cabernet Sauvignon-dominant red with fine, ripe blackberry and cedar flavours together with a strong influence of classy oak. A refined rather than blockbuster style that avoids the hard tannins often found in Gimblett Gravel reds. A wine of subtle power that still has plenty of flavour intensity and will no doubt cellar well.
