This funky Sauvignon Blanc doesn't deliver the usual in-your-face-fruit that lovers of the style have come to expect. It is clearly Sauvignon Blanc but with more subtle flavours and some slightly mineral/funky characters. Nice purity - an appealing drink with complexity and a style all of its own.
