A$24 Greystone is a brand new Waipara producer that already shows signs of greatness. This stylish Pinot Gris has pure pear and lanolin fruit flavours with an ethereal texture and a great balance giving a pleasantly off/dry finish. This is how Pinot Gris should be but seldom is.
