Impressive wine with gentle floral/rose petal flavours and a hint of spice. The texture is even more impressive with an ethereal purity. An off/dry (8.5 g/l residual sugar) style that’s deliciously accessible and has a lingering finish. Made from two vineyards in Moutere and Hope. All the grapes were hand-harvested with a portion whole-bunch-pressed. 20% of the wine was fermented in new and seasoned French oak barriques and allowed to rest on the lees for four months. The barrel aged portion contributes complexity and weight without harming the wines texture.
