Glasnevin Waipara NZ Pinot Noir 2007

4 Star Rating
85/100 45
An intense mix of dark plum, mint, cherry, spice and coffee/toasty French oak - the latter a little dominant at this stage. Silken-textured Pinot Noir in a rather sleek style. The oak is too promounced, masking fruit flavour which is a pity.
